David Bowie musical Lazarus to become a virtual reality experience

The musical based on songs by the late David Bowie is to take an interesting turn. 

The show, , is set to get a twist of the virtual reality kind. 

Headsets will be passed out when the musical is performed as part of V&A's 2017 Performance Festival later in April, as a means of getting the audience involved in the experience. 

Lazarus was performed in King's Cross Theatre in London from November 2016 to January 2017. It previously held a six-week residence in New York City.
