AC/DC have shared an image on their social media channels confirming the return of Brian Johnson, Cliff Williams and Phil Rudd to the band's line-up.

The image, which you can see below, also appears to confirm the title of either a new album or single, 'PWR UP'.

The news sees vocalist Brian Johnson, bassist Cliff Williams and drummer Phil Rudd re-united with the band for the first time since April 2016, when Johnson left the band partway through their 'Rock Or Bust' tour on the advice of doctors who feared for his hearing.

Cliff Williams retired from the band at the end of the Rock Or Bust tour (which was completed with Guns N' Roses' Axl Rose on vocal duties) and Phil Rudd left the band in 2015 when he was sentenced to eight months home detention for threatening to kill, attempting to procure a murder and possesion of drugs.

AC/DC's current line-up is completed by long-serving lead guitarist Angus Young and rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, brother to Angus and the late, great Malcolm Young.
