Another day, another trend in the world of food. Remember when every restaurant served your food on a slate? Or served your chips in a miniature fryer basket? Trends always come and go and there's a new one to try.

Dubbed 'jarcuterie', it's the art of stacking charcuterie items inside a jar. Sharing boards are off the table for now with the pandemic, so what better way to enjoy a selection of meats and cheeses without reaching all over each other?

Hands off - it's all yours. You can fill each jar with cheese, cured meats, olives and fruit to make a perfectly festive selection.

Are you tempted to give it a go for Christmas?

Or do you think it'll just mean more washing up?

There's plenty of festive inspiration on Instagram.

It's certainly different.
