We can now get squiffy and booze like the blue-blooded because the Queen has launched a new line of sloe gin. That's right. The Royal Collection Trust (RCT) has introduced a new addition to its London dry gin collection.
The RCT recommends quaffing a 'Sloe Royale cocktail with 25ml of Buckingham Palace Sloe Gin into a fluted glass, topped up with champagne or sparkling wine and garnish of your choice'.
Or just neck it in one.
The regal berries are said to be hand-picked and infused with Buckingham Palace Gin which is selling for £30 for a 50cl bottle.

The online shop says: "The red fruits and notes of cloves and kirsch spices deliver a clean and medium aroma intensity on the nose.
"The plums and cranberries create a light ruby colour and, combined with marzipan, it serves a medium sweet flavour with added bitterness from the citrus fruits and followed by the juniper and ginger spices."

The previous Buckingham Palace Gin launched in July 2020 and sold out to keen drinkers within eight hours.
Buckingham Palace Sloe Gin (26% ABV) is available here and all profits go to the RCT.
