Good news for MAFS fans. Married at First Sight UK is coming back onto our screens soon with a confetti-cannoned bang - and it's going to be more Aussie-inspired than ever. A third expert is set to join the relationship experts on the upcoming drama-filled series which sees contestants marry a total stranger.

Oz's Mel Schilling who appeared on the original version Down Under will be joined by Celebs Go Dating's Paul C Brunson - but E4 have now confirmed that Charlene Douglas will also join the series as a Sex and Relationship Therapist. Good luck with that job.

The love guru said in a statement: "I am delighted to be joining this new series of Married at First Sight UK.

"This is a brand-new role for the show and it is important to remember that these couples have just met and are going to be getting to know each other quickly.

"I'm really looking forward to getting to know them all and digging deeper into their relationships and finding new ways for them to connect," Douglas continued.

"It's also really interesting to bring my knowledge alongside the expertise of Mel and Paul. As a trio, I think we will make a really great team."

This year's UK series will feature 20 episodes that will be "a bigger, more dramatic take on the format" and take inspiration from the Aussie version of the show which captured the imagination and hearts of the British public. The show is set to return to E4 later this year.

(B)ring it on.
