A Strictly judge, Taskmaster host and Olympic champion will take to the Bake Off tent later this year.

We finally have the full list of those competing for Star Baker in aid of Stand Up To Cancer, and as well as a jam-packed cast list, even one of the hosts will get in on the action.

Who is taking part in The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer this year?

The stars hoping to impress Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith are Taskmaster creator and comedian Alex Horne, radio DJ Annie Mac, actors Ben Miller and Blake Harrison, TV presenter Emma Willis, and comedians Ed Gamble, Mawaan Rizwan and Ruby Wax.

Alongside them are broadcaster Clara Amfo, singer Ellie Goulding, musician Example, choir master Gareth Malone and actress Katherine Kelly.

Rounding out the list are Love Island host Laura Whitmore, Olympic champion Sir Mo Farah; Strictly Come Dancing judge Motsi Mabuse, TV Presenter Sophie Morgan, actress Tracy-Ann Oberman, and comedian and musician Yung Filly.

Not only will the stars be put through their paces, but host Matt Lucas will also find himself swapping sides while filling in for a missing baker.

Having to face the scrutiny of fellow host Noel Fielding for the first time, Matt said: “I was forced to bake by my bosses at the last minute when one of the bakers became unavailable. I can’t tell you how happy I was that my humiliation was caught on camera.”

When will it air?

At the moment, there is no official release date, but the bosses at Channel 4 have revealed The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer will air later this spring.

Each episode, the stars will battle it out over the three rounds - signature, technical and showstopper challenges - in their attempt to be crowned Star Baker.

Stand Up To Cancer is a joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4 to accelerate ground-breaking cancer research and save more lives, more quickly.
