We’re only days away from the new series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, and we now know what the stars will be faced with when they land at the legendary camp.

The likes of Mike Tindall, Boy George and even former Health Secretary Matt Hancock will enter the infamous jungle this Sunday (6th November) to face all the creepy crawlies, scary reptiles and disgusting delicacies the camp has to offer.

ITV have released the first-look images of what is in store for the celebrities when they make their way through the jungle, and to celebrate the return to Australia after two years away, it seems the camp looks just as uninviting as usual!

In the initial snap-shots of the 2022 series, the infamous rope bridge is back, ready to see stars in, and out, of their time in the harsh environment.

The iconic Bush Telegraph room is back open for business too, ready to hear all the ranting, raving and homesickness most of them will feel at some point in the series.

Next up is the Camp Bath, which isn’t exactly what the stars will be used to. The slimy tub can only be filled by working the tandem bike next to it, so they’ll have to work up a sweat before they can wash it off.

The beds also leave a lot to be desired. Made with simple wood and a rather uncomfortable looking camping mattress, there are no sources of comfort from a pillow or duvet anywhere.

Not only that, but the beds are either single, or doubled up as a bunk bed, so we know some high-maintenance stars will be battling out for more solo space.

Finally, the main campfire is surrounded by seating logs, with the legendary Dingo Dollar telephone box waiting just behind, ready for the celebs to answer at any time of day for their next challenge.

Back in August, ITV confirmed I’m A Celeb would be returning to its Australian home for the 2022 series.

For the previous two series, the reality endurance contest has housed the stars at Gwrych Castle in North Wales due to coronavirus pandemic travel restrictions.

In a press statement about their upcoming Autumn line-up, ITV explained: “Live entertainment and sport lead an unmissable line up as I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! returns from the Australian jungle, the FIFA World Cup from Qatar and the England Lionesses’ Autumn Qualifiers.”

The stars, including Coronation Street’s Sue Cleaver and Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner have been spotted touching down in Australia ahead of the series, which officially kicks off this weekend.

Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly will return as hosts when the series lands back in Australia on 6th November at 9pm on ITV.
