Have you ever wondered what Alison Hammond's home is like? The much-loved presenter put her modern Birmingham home up for sale, coincidentally, the same time that Phillip Schofield quit This Morning.
The host, 48, has lived in her Solihull, Midlands property with her 18-year-old son Aiden for three years - but has decided it's now time to move on and listed her £700,000 home, perhaps so she can be closer to the west-London based ITV studios.

The sought-after TV star can currently be seen on This Morning covering for Holly Willoughby after the sudden departure of Phillip Schofield after two decades.
A source told The Sun about the sale of her house: "The timings are entirely coincidental but are, perhaps, telling. Alison loves that house but wants a fresh start. She’s incredibly in demand.

"It’s looking highly likely she will be asked to do more days a week on This Morning — and therefore she will be spending more time in London."
Alison's Birmingham pad, which she moved to during lockdown 2020, features four bedrooms, a hot tub, dining room, open-plan kitchen and spacious garden with palm trees and a large patio.
The presenter previously appeared live on TV from her home during an interior design segment with Kelly Hoppen, showing off her living room featuring a wall of her career in TV memorabilia, sleek white furniture, Union Jack soft furnishings and large mirrors.

The former 2002 Big Brother star and new presenter of The Great British Bake Off initially applied to be on the reality TV show due to wanting to clear her 'traumatising debt' and has gone on to recently co-host the BAFTAs with Richard E. Grant.

Appearing in 2010's I'm A Celebrity, Celebrity Masterchef in 2014 and Celebrity Fit Club, the TV star is estimated to be worth between £2-4million.
Alison paid tribute to Schofield on This Morning and said: “We can't start today's show without paying tribute to the man who spent the last two decades sitting on the This Morning sofa, Phillip Schofield.”
Dermot added: “Everyone on and off screen at ITV and This Morning want to say a huge thank you to Phil for what he's done to make the show such a success over the last 21 years."

Alison continued: “Quite simply, we all know he's one of the best live television broadcasters this country has ever had. We and all the team wish him all the best for the future.”
In a statement released last Saturday, Phillip said: "I have always been proud to cover fascinating stories on This Morning. But recently, This Morning itself has become the story.
"Throughout my career in TV – including the very difficult last few days – I have always done my best to be honourable and kind.
"I understand that ITV has decided the current situation can't go on, and I want to do what I can to protect the show that I love.
"So I have agreed to step down from This Morning with immediate effect, in the hope that the show can move forward to a bright future.
