Always fancied living the dream in central London? Well now you can and it won't break the bank. The only problem is, getting in it. Costing £750 per month to rent without bills, this studio flat in the captial offers a unique way of getting into the property: through the window.

Instead of a normal front door, the flat has an elevated window with a set of stairs so you can climb in.

The ‘family friendly’ flat with one room looks out over a car park and features a bathroom, a sink and a microwave - but it's not open to students, pets or smokers with a maximum of two people allowed.

Marketed by OpenRent, the ‘newly built’ flat was originally listed on Rightmove, but has now been removed.

People were, funnily enough, not that keen on residing in the property with thousands of comments left on the CasualUK subreddit.

One person joked: "En suite kitchen and a broom cupboard you can s**t in, it’s got everything!"

Another commented: "Christ, that’s literally just a room lmao."

One person replied: "You’re new to the London rental market, I see."

Another wrote: "Piece of carpet tacked over the vent where the gas fire used to be. I'm sure that's well insulated."

One added: "It's to obscure the blood stains from the drunken face-plants."

A user mocked: "The reused cardboard rug really ties the room together."
