If you’re feeling like some festive food on your lunch break, then you’ll be pleased to learn that Pret's Christmas menu is up and running, and there is plenty on offer.
Launching today (9th November), the menu sees the return of some much-loved festive feasts, including the Christmas Baguette, and Vegan Christmas Nut Roast. Included in the new range of treats this year is the Turkey & Trimmings Toastie, and, excitingly, the Christmas Stuffing Mac & Cheese!
In terms of drinks and sweet treats, the Gingerbread Latte and Christmas Tiffin are back, while newbies on the menu include a Nutty Salted Caramel Brownie.
Other returning items that you can buy from today include the Pigs in Blankets Hot Roll, and the Brie, Pistachio & Cranberry Baguette. Also back is Melvin, Pret’s melting gingerbread snowman. Their mince pies are fully vegetarian too.
If you are looking to try something new, then there’s the Vegan Christmas Flatbread, and the Vegan Festive Pasta Bake, the latter of which is exclusive to Veggie Pret. Also new is the Love Bar Latte, which combines a chocolate caramel cookie syrup with a shot of espresso, steamed milk and topped with a whipped cream and caramel sauce.
Elsewhere, the Popcorn Bar Hot Chocolate is also making its debut, along with three new flavours of cold brew: Cold Brew Coffee Latte, Cold Brew Coffee Mocha, Cold Brew Coffee Black.
Briony Raven, UK food and coffee director at Pret, said: “We know our customers look forward to our Christmas menu all year long. With many of us missing our favourite Christmas treats last year we’ve put together a Christmas menu which celebrates the nation’s favourite Christmas dishes and Pret goodies including a whole drinks range inspired by our Pret sweet treats.”
She added: “Not only have we brought back our iconic Christmas classics but we’ve also created many new items, including a new Turkey & Trimmings Toastie and plenty for our vegan customers to dig into. We can’t wait to welcome customers back with more Christmas hot food than ever before.”
