One TikTok user shared her tip for cutting down on travel costs with a compact travel bag.

It's small enough to fit under the seat in front, meaning you hopefully avoid extra baggage charges.

Fans of the bag say it's spacious and can carry many items.

TikToker franchescarosee decided to try it out and shared her feedback.

She loved the bag, and her video has now been viewed more than 2.1 million times.

It's also had more than 300,000 likes, so people are loving the trick.

She explained: ‘I booked a last-minute flight and a girl off TikTok that I need to give credit to but can’t find posted a video of this Amazon under-the-seat luggage bag.

‘You can fit so much in, and then you don’t have to pay for hand luggage.’

Thrifty Franchesca packed underwear, sarongs, four bikinis, two gym sets, some day dresses, loungewear, glasses, sandals, cosmetics, straighteners, a beach bag, and electronics, including a laptop.

She said: ‘It looks so big, I thought: “I’m 100% going to get charged for this”‘

As it turns out she says she could have packed ‘so much more’.
