Google Maps has caught a hungover woman picking up a takeaway, and she has shared the hilarious images online.

We’ve all been there- waiting desperately for the takeaway that is going to save you while standing outside in your PJs with unbrushed hair and definitely not looking camera-ready.

In this day and age, it’s very hard to do anything without it being captured and put online forever, so you can imagine how one TikToker felt when she found herself on Google Maps looking not-so-fresh.

Sharing the images in a TikTok video, @xmandahx said: “Finding myself on Google Maps collecting a takeaway.”

She also told fans: “Hungover might I add.”

In the background, she played a scene from Love Actually when Keira Knightley is watching footage from her wedding and says: “I look quite pretty.”

The last thing you want when you’re feeling a little worse for wear is someone snapping a secret photo of you, but at least she has a sense of humour!

It appears a lot of other people found this hilarious too, and took to the comments to share their reactions.

One person wrote: “This is brilliant.”

Another said: “It’s the slight hunch for me [laughing emoji]. I know that hunch when I’m hungover.”

A third said: “lmfao I don’t usually laugh out loud, but this one made me”.

Lots of commenters pointed out that the way she was standing looked kind of like she was a Sim character.

One person joked: “That one Sim that just stands there.”

Another said: “When you don’t give your Sim any instructions and you have free will turned off.”

Even the official TikTok UK account got involved and added: “OK this is the funniest thing.”

Well we all know the lesson to be learned here- always leave your house picture perfect because you never know when Google Maps could be lurking around the corner.
