Watch Dave Grohl fail to guess Foo Fighters songs on TV

The Foo Fighters frontman was challenged by James Corden.

Host James put Grohl and fellow guest Hilary Duff to the test, challenging them to figure out which of their songs he was playing on the piano.

The only problem is, Corden doesn't know how to play. Oops.

Singer Grohl became more frustrated as he failed to guess a single song that Corden was murdering.

He yelled: "Just play the fucking song, man!" as James continued to ruin his masterpieces.

The first song was apparently Foo Fighters’ ‘Learn to Fly’.

The second tune was ‘My Hero’.

Well, they should have been anyway, but James rendered them completely unrecognisable from the originals.

He is not a gifted piano player.

The band are celebrating the release of their new horror-comedy film 'Studio 666'.

It features the band working in a mansion in Encino, California.

The dreamy location has a dark side though, as it is “steeped in grisly rock and roll history”.

The band intend to record an album, but Grohl “finds himself grappling with supernatural forces that threaten both the completion of the album and the lives of the band”.

He said there will be a full album of new thrash metal from the fictional band 'Dream Widow'.
