Fans wanting to watch the London tribute concert in honour of Foo Fighters’ Taylor Hawkins can do so via Paramount and MTV.

The Wembley Stadium gig, on 3rd September, will be streamed live via Paramount+  in the US, and MTV YouTube channels globally, with the on-demand footage airing on the Paramount streaming platform around the world after the show has wrapped.

A one-hour London special will also air from 4th September, with an extended two-hour special being released on MTV channels later in the month.

Not only that, but the Foos have also confirmed Metallica’s Lars Ulrich, Blink-182’s Travis Barker, Kesha, Dave Grohl’s daughter Violet and AC/DC singer Brian Johnson will also rock out in London as part of the tribute to Taylor, who passed away in March aged 50

Ulrich and Barker will then join Sebastian Bach and Black Sabbath bassist Geeze Butler for the Los Angeles concert held at the Kia Forum on 27th September.

Other big names included in the incredible London line-up are Liam Gallagher, Queens of the Stone Age singer Josh Homme, Queen’s Brian May and Roger Taylor and Supergrass to name a few.

Nile Rodgers and Mark Ronson are also on the list, with special appearances by Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock expected too.

The Foo Fighters first announced the special commemorative performances in June, and declared that the concerts will “benefit charities in the UK chosen by the Hawkins family.”

A statement on the Foo Fighters website reads: “As one of the most respected and beloved figures in modern music, Taylor’s monolithic talent and magnetic personality endeared him to millions of fans, peers, friends and fellow musical legends the world over. Millions mourned his untimely passing on March 25, with passionate and sincere tributes coming from fans as well as musicians Taylor idolised.

“The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concerts will unite several of those artists, the Hawkins family and of course his Foo Fighters brothers in celebration of Taylor’s memory and his legacy as a global rock icon—his bandmates and his inspirations playing the songs that he fell in love with, and the ones he brought to life.”

The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert will take place at London’s Wembley Stadium on Saturday 3rd September, and available to watch live on MTV’s YouTube channel.
