The line-up for this year’s Glastonbury Festival has been unveiled, and there are some cracking names on the bill, including Arctic Monkeys and Guns N' Roses, who join Elton John as headliners.

Also set to visit Worthy Farm this June are the likes of Lewis Capaldi, Royal Blood, Manic Street Preachers, Blondie, Fatboy Slim, Måneskin, Lizzo, Texas, Lana Del Rey, Sparks and plenty more.

Arctic Monkeys will headline the Pyramid Stage on Friday 23rd June, making it the third time that they have topped the bill at the festival.

Rockers Guns N' Roses will then headline the Saturday night (24th June). It will be the first time they have played at the event. Bassist Duff McKagan recently teased the fact that the band were set to play.

The final, previously-announced, headliner is the legendary Elton John. His Glasto performance will be the last UK date of his farewell tour. He said: “There is no more fitting way to say goodbye to my British fans. I can’t wait to embrace the spirit of the greatest festival in the world. It’s going to be incredibly emotional.”

The official Glastonbury Twitter account shared the line-up announcement this morning (3rd March), saying: “Here is the first Glastonbury Festival 2023 line-up poster, which includes our final two Pyramid Stage headliners: @ArcticMonkeys (Friday) and @gunsnroses (Saturday). Many more acts and attractions still to be announced.”

Some of the other artists set to play at Glasto this year include Alison Goldfrapp, Alt-J, Candi Staton, Carly Rae Jepsen, Christine And The Queens and Chvrches. Also on the bill are Hot Chip, Kelis, Leftfield, Loyle Carner, Maggie Rogers, Phoenix, and Queens of the Stone Age.

Rudimental, The War on Drugs, Warpaint and Yusuf/Cat Stevens are amongst the other artists announced.
