The singer joined Graham Norton to chat about her single 'Stop Right Now', the lead track from her new album 'Do It Again' which is due for release on the 5th March.

Explaining how the album came about, she said: "I was writing and recording material for a while and then I did the masked singer, and it was after that, you know it was just a no-brainer."

"I was just totally loving the songs I was singing on the masked singer and I wanted to put them on an album and that's what I did"

She was quick to state that there are only five songs from the show on the album, with more original tracks to complete it.

Gabrielle chose an Amy Winehouse track for the middle of her interview, and spoke of working with Ian Barter who'd previously worked and toured with the late star: "He's a genius and I loved working with him."

"Musically, he plays me stuff that I never really thought I'd ever hear from me. He kind of ups my game I think... I'll have a certain level of me which I love, and then he comes and puts a spanner in the works"

"Just when I think I know what my sound is he comes along and I'm like 'Okay, I really should try that' so he's fantastic."

Stop Right Now is available to stream now, with the album Do It Again available for pre-order at
