Feel free to hide behind a cushion for this one, it's not for the faint of heart!

Cute and fluffy it isn't, as the first trailer for Netflix's 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' has arrived.

The new film coming to Netflix is set nearly 50 years after the events of the 1974 original.

'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' stars Sarah Yarkin, Elsie Fisher, Nell Hudson and Jacob Latimore.

It all goes south when the group of friends find themselves in danger when they end up in the ghost town of Harlow, Texas.

They bump into Sally Hardesty, who is set on revenge. Played by Olwen Fouéré, she replaces Marilyn Burns after she sadly died in 2014.

Sally is the only survivor of Leatherface's killings in the original film, and she helps the friends team up against Leatherface.

It's being directed by David Blue Garcia, and is written by Fede Álvarez and Rodo Sayagues.

Watch the trailer below - if you dare!

The duo worked together on 2013’s Evil Dead remake and Don’t Breathe.

The film follows Melody, her sister Lila, and their friends Dante and Ruth hoping to pursue "an idealistic new business venture".

The film's synopsis says: "But their dream soon turns into a waking nightmare when they accidentally [encounter] the home of Leatherface, the deranged serial killer whose blood-soaked legacy continues to haunt the area's residents..."

Many are regarding the new film as the direct sequel to Tobe Hooper’s original.

However, it isn't the first.

Hooper directed 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2', which was more comedic.

Then came Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III in 1990 and 1994’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation.

'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' is scheduled to be released February 18 on Netflix.
