The Muppets Mayhem comedy series to launch on Disney+ and star Lilly Singh

Animal and the old school crew are back for some more bonkers fun in the new Disney+ offering The Muppets Mayhem all about the madness of the much-loved house musicians The Electric Mayhem Band. Joining them will be US comedian, actress and YouTuber Lilly Singh.

The new show quotes: "The Electric Mayhem on an epic musical journey to finally record their first studio album. With the help of a driven young music executive, the old-school Muppet band comes face to face with the current day music scene as they try to finally go platinum."

Taking on the leading lady human role of Nora, Singh will play an ambitious A&R executive who has to manage the craziness of The Electric Mayhem Band as they try to finally go platinum in today's music industry.

Making up the iconic lineup is Dr. Teeth on vocals and keyboards, Animal on drums, Floyd Pepper on vocals and bass, Janice on vocals and lead guitar, Zoot on saxophone and Lips on trumpet.

The series is created by The Goldberg's Adam F. Goldberg, classic Muppet performer/writer Bill Barretta and actor/writer Jeff Yorkes.
