McDonald’s are offering 20% off everything starting today

You’ve only got until the weekend to claim it, so hurry!

Whether you’re a breakfast McMuffin, Chicken Legend or Big Mac kind of person, McDonald’s is offering an impressive 20% off everything on their menu.

The deal started at midnight (1 February) and will only run until midnight this Sunday (6 February)- so you haven’t got long.

With this discount, you’ll be able to grab a Big Mac, which is usually £4.49, for just £2.80. A box of McNuggets usually costs a fiver, but with this deal, you can get it for £4.00.

Here’s how you claim it.

Firstly, you have to download the MyMcDonald’s App from Google Play or the Apple App store (don’t worry, it’s free).

Once you have the app and are all signed up, go to the ‘deals’ section on the home screen, and there you can find how to get 20% off your meal.

There are some caveats, of course.

The deal can only be applied on orders you place at the restaurant in person. This can be claimed by either going directly to a cashier, ordering via drive-thru, or on the touchscreens at the front of the restaurant.

Home deliveries are not part of the deal, so you’ll have to get off the sofa for this one, and it can’t be used in combination with any other deals on the app

Another catch is that it only applies to one order. So, you can only use the 20% discount once this week.

Better make it a good one!

In other McDonald’s news, loyal customers of the restaurant can now use MyMcDonald’s Rewards via the app to build up points every time they order, which can be exchanged for free food.

Also, the fast-food chain is introducing a chicken Big Mac for the first time to their UK menus from tomorrow (2 February), which could be the perfect opportunity to use that 20% discount.
