Goo Goo Dolls release two new Christmas tracks

The festive season is upon us, and Goo Goo Dolls have announced not one, but two new Christmas tracks.

Last week they released a deluxe edition of their festive album, called ‘It’s Christmas All Over’.

The 12-song album is an updated edition of the festive release that came out last year.

The reissue includes a brand new song, ‘One Last Song About Christmas.

It also features a never-heard-before cover of Dean Martin’s ‘I’ve Got My Love To Keep Me Warm’.

The record was produced by singer and frontman John Rzeznik alongside Brad Fernquist and Jimmy McGorman.

The album as a smash hit with fans last year, when it came out with two new original tunes plus plenty of holiday songs.

The band teased the album with a selection of music videos, including ‘This Is Christmas’, ‘Let It Snow’ and an animated cartoon video for ‘You Ain’t Getting Nothin’”

Goo Goo Dolls also performed a virtual reality interactive show during lockdown, to brighten up Christmas for fans who couldn’t be with loved ones.

They’re hoping this reissue will make Christmas come early for listeners.

Exclusive merch has been created to celebrate the release, including a red vinyl LP, a limited-edition drinkware set that includes a set of whiskey glasses, whiskey rocks, a Tom Collins recipe glass, and Christmas All Over cocktail napkins.

The digital deluxe album and limited-edition drinkware set are now available to purchase in the band’s store here. They also released a compilation album called ‘Rarities’, a retrorospective collection of 20 songs spanning more than a decade of their career. There will also be 13th studio album coming in 2022.
